Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We know sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Some appointments can be rather lengthy and when cancelled on short notice, very costly to our stylists. For this reason, in order to reserve your appointment, Salon Elysian will require credit card to reserve appointment times. This would require we have your credit card kept secure and confidential, on file. Cancellations within less than 48 hours notice and no-show cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
